On the past weekend we had the first National 1/8 Off-road Race, which was attended by 76 drivers.
During the heats I made some mistakes. In the first heat I finished 3rd, in the second heat I finished 2nd, and in the third heat I made some improvements to test the car since Matias was already TQ.
After the qualifying the positions were:
1. Miguel Matias 2. Carlos Duraes â“ XRAY XB808 2010 Spec
3. Rodrigo Luis
4. Bruno Coelho
5. Ricardo Monteiro
I won my semi-final and I bumped up to the Final in 3rd place.
In the Final I got into 2nd place from the first lap, and stayed there until end behind Miguel Matias.
During the final I made some mistakes and was unable to catch Matias.
